Biography
I was born in Northern Ireland in 1978.

As a child, I was passionate about sport and won numerous sporting awards.
​
At 16 I started playing the guitar.
​
I studied Medicine at Queens University in Belfast and started performing in open mics.
​
I nearly died in the Ivory Coast in 1998 as a medical student.
​
I became a professional singer and songwriter in 2007.
​
I specialised in Emergency Medicine and became an award-winning educator and podcaster.
​
I founded an award-winning mission-driven business in 2017 to impact global healthcare.
​
in 2025 I founded Stress-Free Longevity - a health and wellness YouTube channel.
